Answer: In the pilot year 2005 the dressagedirect membership has been for free. The membership for 2006 is only € 50,-- or €15,-- a quarter. Payment possibilities are online.

Answer: dressagedirect endeavours to send the results as soon as possible. If the shows support our objectives you may receive some results before Sunday yet, others on Sunday and Monday.
Question: I've subscribed to the dressagedirect mailing list, but I didn't receive last weekend's results. Answer: Your spam filter may have blocked our mailing list. Make sure that our e-mail address info@dressagedirect.com is on your white list, for your e-mail server to accept our mailing. All our mails are checked individually by a virus scan and cannot damage your computer. Please also add our e-mail adress info@dressagedirect.com to your adress book. Question: I've subscribed to the dressagedirect mailing list with an AOL-provided e-mail address, but I didn't receive any dressagedirect mail. What may be the problem? Answer: AOL has been blocking and bouncing our e-mail since the first dressagedirect mailing from Las Vegas in April 2005. But the problem finally has been solved in May 2006. So please check your own SPAM-filters and make sure we are on your white list!
Question: dressagedirect sends a lot of newsletters and pictures. I don’t want to receive them all in my mailbox, but do want to have the access to your website to find the news and results that are of special interest to me. What should I do?
Answer: Please go to our membership page and pay for your membership 2007. When we have received your payment, you will receive a mail from us giving you the log-in procedure and your password to enter our website. Please reply this mail by telling us that you don’t want to receive the newsletters in your mailbox and you will be removed from our mailinglist, but still be able to enter our members-part of the website. You can enter the membersection of this website by using your e-mailadress as Username and the password that you receive from us.
